Pros
This is all from a dev's perspective. * Incredibly intelligent, and fun co-workers. The hiring bar is high. * Very positive work environment, coming to work feels great every day. * Good work life balance, never had to work more than 40 hours in a week. * Great benefits. * Great pay for the area. * The opportunity to work on interesting problems. * Small team structure (in Dev at least), means your voice is regularly heard and you get input on big tech decisions. * Modern tech stack. * Modern equipment. * Fantastic middle management who are very open and easy to talk to. * Good tech direction and vision.
Cons
* Sometimes it feels like there is a lack of an overall vision coming down from upper management. * There aren't really clear paths for career growth. * Open office plan can be a pain when you're trying to focus. * Things change quick, sometimes stuff you're working on will get thrown out for something else.
