Pros

Great co-workers, environment, and culture. The pay is good with the added benefits is an instant raise. I don't have to pay hundreds of dollars in insurance for my family, which sure you can go somewhere else for even more pay, but you pay extra. Many perks!

Cons

Very little cons, some of the things commented on here are things to take with a grain of salt. I have worked for many companies that have amazing ratings on here, but the employees all say the EXACT same thing about CBT as they did about those higher rated companies. The main difference is the past companies never fire anyone even the dead weight or abusive employees... As I said, take it with a grain of salt, even mine.

Pros

Good Pay. Decent benefits. Lots of employee perks.

Cons

You have a 3 year shelf life as a sales person no matter how successful you are. Subscription based business so as a sales person you grow the reoccurring revenue and make the company a lot of money, you are then replaced by a new sales person who they do not have to pay, yet continue to collect monthly revenue from the accounts that you created. Constant change of the commission structure.

Pros

The company is a ridiculous example of turnover, harassment, HR violations, and a management staff who border on the lowest side of all IQ tests

Cons

Go talk to them...It is clear. There is no vision, no communication, the ethics are non-existent, and if you value any piece of your soul, don't burn it down to Satan by eventually getting fired by a bunch of donkey-holes who give you lots of free coffee.
