the managers are very insecure about their positions. They are totally obsessed with imposing whatever they want and very cunning. They screw the happiness of team members who would come up with alternative suggestions or who would follow the SDLC lifecycle. you can see many a VPs verbally fighting in the meetings.

awful management. watch out...when they want you gone, they'll team up and get you gone, one way or the other! HORRIBLE environment. people aren't valued. cut-throat environment, not what you'd expect in a smaller upper-midwest city like sioux falls. too many micromanaging managers, for a CSR position! management power trips. pay not worth the hassle.
