Pros

You get to waste your years and life always on the road. So if you hate your family, they will help you escape that life and consume it with work.

Cons

They are religious about cutting costs and reducing overhead, including employees that become expensive. They rename positions every 2 years so they can reallocate pay maximums. They do not appreciate personal and painful sacrifice, they expect it. If you work in sales, you will never grow in your career, just stagnate and eventually be removed. They barely promote women. Lacking true leadership with vision. Short pay your bonus and change your yearly compensation and increase sales goals if you overachieve without rewarding accomplishments. They will take away presidents club from you for personal vendetta or to try to get you to quit through constant goal changes. Many positive marks are from interns who want to get hired, the negative marks seem to come from people who sacrificed their life to CCC only to have the career cut short. Very limited promotion. HR staff are 1 step away from being replaced due to the company set up, they only care about the company, not the individual. If you go to them with a complaint about a manager about getting underpaid, they will remove you and force you to lawyer up rather then pay what is owed or defend you. HR routinely sweeps away female complaints about male superiors and advances made.

Horrible bosses

Fun work environment, good co workers.

Cons

When the company went from salary to hourly everything went downhill. People could no longer make their numbers because we couldn't come in early or work lunches. Management put more pressure on employees, most of the long term tenured employees have left. The 2 main bosses there are incredibly sexist and would give a man what he wanted over a women's request. It's becoming just another call center. Also the car award that they give out every month is just a glorified popularity contest. I worked there for 5 years and was sad to go but couldn't take the management anymore/unfair work practices.

In 2016, after careful review, some job titles were changed from salaried to hourly to ensure compliance with the Fair Labor Standards Act. Accommodations were made during the transition to ensure employees had time to adjust, and employees have expressed appreciation for the overtime opportunities during our busier seasons. Turnover in Sioux Falls continues to be lower than other call centers. At CCC, we take allegations of discriminatory conduct seriously.
