      Interesting position learned a lot about vehicle valuations, decent (not great) pay

      Cons

      SEVERELY MICRO MANAGED. They make you feel like a child and it's ridiculous. It's not worth the stress

      Once a great company to work with

      Pros

      Salary and benefits, relative lack of supervision. Ability to create one's own schedule to a point. Core product is of great value to clients at a relatively competitive price

      Cons

      Management is content in their own world patting one another on the back. There is no attempt to assist those working in the field to achieve the goals that are expected.

      Innovation killed through gluttony

      Pros

      It's good to work for an information-based company - it allows IT professionals to deliver the primary product of the company. In many industries IT is the expense - here IT provide the revenue to the company. There is some innovation occurring at CCC - but not enough.

      Cons

      There is too much in-fighting and a dearth of trust amongst the parties that lead the company. Poor behavior is often rewarded - financially and through promotion. Blind obedience is rewarding. The Peter Principle is alive and well in the Merchandise Mart.
