      Pros

      The only pro was that I worked remote.

      Cons

      Disorganized. No clear direction from management. During my first month, I was never introduced to the team or included in any team meetings. Very strange environment.

      Flexible hours. Can work saturday and have a day during the week off.

      Cons

      Some members of management cheat on their wives and sleeps with co-workers. Nepotism runs rampant as a result.

      - WFH flexibility - Amazing new Fulton Market HQ in Chicago

      Cons

      - Refresh the management team in some areas meaning get rid of the toxic managers stuck in their old ways. There are a lot of managers that shouldn't be due to lack of experience, communication, and vision. - Improve work culture. For a company that made so much money during the pandemic, this company can do so much better. -
