Pros

Not many Pros except getting free coffee and water daily. You get invited to events and get free perks like food and candy.

Cons

You will be overworked for little pay. People that work there have horrible attitudes and are lazy. Roles get easily mixed, making your job overwhelming.

Great team of people I worked with--I felt supported by both my manager and the other front desk associates! Very flexible with hours which was nice

Cons

Pay was on the lower end--$12 h/r--and wish it could have been a bit more. Also residents could be more than a little annoying at times.
