      CCMC works hard empowering employees to have fun at work, serve residents and our boards with humility, compassion, and servant leadership. If you want to find a company that values hard work and a family environment CCMC is it.

      Potential to be great, but lack of local support

      Pros

      There is a strong sense of community within the Lifestyle Director team. Support from corporate office when you need it. Depending on staff and community you work at, it can feel very rewarding.

      Cons

      Too many staff members and not enough upper management support for the Colorado market specifically. Not enough in-depth training, and onboarding was messy and training is more of a "throw you in the fire" type of mindset. I'm sure not all people experience this, but my overall experience was not great. Also, they promise promotions from within, but communication and preparation for staff wanting to advance also seems lacking.
