Pros

Not many. They simply don’t care for their people like they say they do.

Cons

Ineffective upper management. VP’s (and division President) provided little, to no, support. They have no clue what really goes on at a site office they oversee. Stopping by every few weeks and checking off some boxes on a checklist to report back to corporate.

Pros

There are a few pros, namely that they pay you on time. The other pro is that the job is super easy.

Cons

The con list is pretty large. The biggest issue with working here is that top leadership does not want to hear anything negative. They prefer to let you brush things under the rug and ignore resident complaints then to deal with them. If you bring it up to them they blame you, even though they did not give you any training.
