Pros

Pretty location, easy hours, lifestyle activities was a big plus and very fun

Cons

Just okay, the manager was a micro-manger and the employees I worked with weren't always friendly and the customers that came in were angry at the HOA for letters or billing issues all the time.

Pros

The people here are amazing, and the culture is great! Management is actively involved with the front lines and cares about you professionally and personally.

Cons

We have regular growing pains like there are at any other company. Historically we have been slow to innovate in certain parts of the business. As of late, it feels like we are heading in the right direction and I love our new vision!
