Pros

The people and the leadership. I did not know of the company before I applied and what I found is they are of of the best kept secrets in Scottsdale. I feel valued as an employee, enjoy the people I work with and being a part of a company that really feels like a big family. Leadership truly cares about the employees and make good decisions that are sound business decisions with the employees in mind.

Pros

If you are just starting your professional career, CCMC is a great company to work with. There is plenty of work to be done in the community management industry, once you find your footing and are confident, you are able to excel.

Cons

Work can get a little mundane. I definitely recommend inserting your strengths if you recognize an area that is lacking.
