Pros

The facade that's upheld by the employees. Everyone is calm and seemingly willing to help. The pay was ok. Mom-fri work schedule was great and the benefits were inexpensive.

Cons

Management doesn't mean what they say all anyone in that company cares about are themselves.

Growing quickly which makes room for promotions and job opportunities to move around.

Cons

Processes tend to change quicker than positions can learn them. Maybe extensive training with a conference type layout would help.

Cons
