There were no benefits/PTO/etc. available while I was an employee. Pay would fluctuate depending on snow days etc., as these days were unpaid. I did not feel that there was much support from anyone higher than my case managers during specific problems arose in my time there. In one case, I was told that there was nothing they could do to help me and I needed to find a lawyer to deal with the situation. When one of my client's passed away, no counseling services were available, I was told to find my own grief counselor and pay out of pocket.
