Administration doesn't encourage/allow room for growth within the company. I've worked here for nearly two years and was never considered for advancement. It seems as though they just want to fill the positions and they forget about their employees. No benefits aside from sick pay Poor pay Poor communication with employees. Many people feel the same exact way and this is why there is such a high turnover rate!! Numbers talk!! They gave us a 20 cent "raise" but lowered our hours to counteract the costs!! So, we are getting paid the same amount of money! They pay newcomers the same amount as people who have experience!!
