      Pros

      The company has training for ABA. Pay is decent. Room for advancement

      Cons

      Lack of support. Manager had a lot criticism but not much support or practical advice. Hours were not guarenteed because parents cancel.

      Nice agency to work for

      In most cases, your concerns are addressed quickly. No one is micro-managing you.

      Cons

      Not competitive with hourly wages compared with other agencies employing in the same school with the same job title, Other PCAs are making more and have less time working in the field.

      They're okay. Hope they've improved

      Pros

      They provide flexible hours to meet their staffs needs as well as excellent training.

      Cons

      The people in the office don't care too much about their employees or try to work with them when there is a conflict or misunderstanding. The CEO is also an arrogant jerk (I realize the new CEO is not the same CEO who was there when I worked there)
