      Pros

      Benefits were great and the company was very good at maintaining constant communication with employees. Definitely family oriented and offered great benefits.

      Cons

      If you are serious about career progression, this is not the place to be. Spoke with Senior Management on a regular basis about advancement and it seemed as though they had very little to no concern about you ambitions.

      Pros

      Good work/life balance. A few company perks like bagels on Fridays, soda and free coffee, etc.

      Cons

      Company got sold to Information Innovators Inc and a huge exodus of management left shortly after. Triple I cut contracts of former CCSi people and brought on other Triple I employees to replace. Executive leadership is not the best. Hard to move around the company to try other things.
