      Pros

      Truly a family with devotion to the employee's personal growth. Spot incentives for showing results and helping to grow the busines were great! Benefits, especially the 401k match, were great!

      Cons

      I really have nothing bad to say about the company. For a small company, it's processes were much more mature than the norm.

      Pros

      Great company. It was my first job out of college. My Recruiting Manager was the best. She taught me everything I need to know about recruiting.

      Cons

      I realized I didn't want to be a recruiter. I like HR, Benefits, and Labor Relations better. This type of work was not available in the staffing department
