      You don't have to apply for food stamps

      Cons

      Let's see: The owner watches porn during work in his office They Illegally do not pay overtime (ask about the audit) The commission plan is the worst in the industry Base pay is 2/3ds of what the market rate for recruiters is. Benefits completely blow Office is a dump Working till 7 just for the hell of it is mandatory

      Pros

      Good Boss she was great at training me how to be a recruiter. We have pleanty of jobs, I get lots of candidates interviews and placed. My commisions are going up weekly. The days fly by as I am so busy

      none that I can think of at this point. I hope things continue
