      Great people, technically challenging work and innovative solutions.

      Cons

      Too much change which constantly makes doing your job harder. Too many silos. Upper management continually asking more and giving less.

      Pros

      Opportunity to work on a variety of assignments. Used to prize technical excellence above all else. Not so much anymore.

      Cons

      There is no sense of mission or team or pride in one's work anymore. There seems to be no leadership at the top and the morale has been free falling since the new leadership team came to power 2 years ago.

      Pros

      Wide variety of projects to work on although very easy to get "type cast" into doing one type of work. Good knowledge base.

      Cons

      Lack of clear direction for company. Too much emphasis on bottom line at expense of delivering quality projects. High turnover rate once people get to Senior/PM level. Constant focus on utilization rate. Lack of regular feedback. Poor communication across groups and from upper management.
