      Pros

      it was a good experience. even though it was a summer intern position, I felt like I am a staff member.

      Cons

      in my case, it was far and I had to drive a lot, but I can not say anything negative at this moment because I was inter only for two months.

      Inefficient HR and rude Accounts Division at Bangalore Office

      Pros

      Starting salary for associates are much more than anywhere else in India.

      Cons

      There is no guidance for freshers. Associates are expected to catch up all procedures on their own. There is no common server for all departments to share relevant information. Associates/ Junior employess would have to beg others for access to servers of different divisions. Also, there is no scientific method of arranging files. Users have to sought out relevant information from a heap of confusing folders and directories. Outdated computers and softwares make job much more difficult. Very stringent policies regarding expenditure.

      Pros

      Good learning experience with hands on water/wastewater/solid waste engineering skills. Staff is friendly and caring, very cohesive and fantastic attention to detail.

      Cons

      Not a great firm for mid level staff especially if you are ready to sacrifice a lot for growth. Opportunities are distributed on who knows who basis.
