      Great projects and reputation; Enthusiastic smart team; Industry leaders; Effective development programs; Solution oriented staff across all levels; Nice training programs and compensation for some training; Mid range health insurance benefits; Good mentor program; Good at hiring when backlog gets high; Slow to layoff

      Cons

      Lots of internal policies and procedures that hurt project budgets and schedules; HR supports resource managers and not employees; Blame/CYA culture; Some budget for training, but resources are available to do it on your own time

      Dullest job I've ever had

      Pros

      Work is easy and can be limited to 9-5.

      Cons

      Work is unchallenging and unimaginative. The gap between what I do and what I am capable of has never been wider. It is as if Leonardo da Vinci were asked to draw stick-figure drawings instead of the Mona Lisa! If you're seeking a impactful, challenging, and satisfying job and career, this is not the place to be.

      - Good starting company for engineers - Some projects can be interesting - Many smart people

      Cons

      - EXTREMELY poor salary. I always thought this salary is the norm across the environmental engineering industry but realized I’ve been so wrong after switching companies. CDM really needs to pay their engineers better!!! - Pressure to maintain a specific utilization rate. I understand it’s part of the business but there is too much pressure surrounding that and it gets discussed practically every week. - Mentorship definitely needs improvement
