      Submitting hours every week Work life balance can be hard Continuing education is not as high of a priority Utilization is not always viewed accurately which can impact the employee negatively

      Cons

      Very difficult to get raises, even if you do work beyond your station. Extremely corporate environment, Upper management is a bit out of touch and does not really seem to care about lower level professionals.

      -Upper management does not understand the execution of projects well -a focus on sales over execution -management tries to find basic answers to complex problems for quick fixes -A change from being client and employee focused to metric focused that doesn't give enough data
