      1. If your upper managment is objective you will have a great time working there. 2. Retail and wholesale experience, including food industry

      Cons

      1. Too much work for the compensation 2. No room for growth if you are in the field operarions 3. Upper managment very one sided, old fashioned 4. Company does not invest in people 5. Uper manager engage in favoritism 6. Scalding instead of coaching

      Fun and easy

      Pros

      This job was great, for the most part its very easy. The job is mostly doing demonstrations, only occasionally supervising. Has great pay and paid training.

      Cons

      At the store I worked at management sucked, really difficult to work with, very unprofessional and not the best at teaching the logistics part (which is the only hard part) I was not the only one to have this issue. Other employees also told me HR didn't do anything when they would complain.

      Pros

      Desirable schedule for an Event Manager, 9 paid holidays, and a work/life balance that is more than you have dreamt of if you come from a restaurant/food service background and are used to doing 55-70 hour weeks.'

      Cons

      The relationship with Costco management can be tricky. You technically don't work for them, but it's in your best interest to do what they tell you. Just be on the same page with your warehouse management team. Busy days can be exhausting (running back and forth across the warehouse). No full time assistance, all of your staff is part time.
