The amount of vacation, sick and personal time is great, the people in the office are friendly and willing to help. Also, I love the fact that the owners are friendly and know everyone's name. Location is convenient.

Cons

We only get bonus at Christmas time; I think there should be some kind of maybe a quarterly or some mid-year bonus if the company is doing well.

Since I've started working here, our company has grown hand over fist. Our company provides a welcoming work environment for everyone regardless of their job title. With a variety of departments and locations, there is an opportunity waiting around every turn. Our management team is very friendly and approachable, so don't be surprised when they come up to you to say hello and ask how your day is going. Here at CDS, you are more than a number here, you are a valued member of a team.

Pros

CDS has a strong community culture with a focus on continuous improvement. I feel supported by my team and coworkers. CDS embodies their Vision Statement "Creating Customers by Servicing Customers" I truly enjoy being a part of the HDE team at CDS.

Cons

I personally would not consider this a con... but it is the only thing I have had trouble navigating. Being the newest member of my team and a remote worker, I am still finding my way in connecting with other departments when needed. Everyone at CDS has been pleasant and helpful as I learn whom the best POC's are.
