Everyone is friendly and the atmosphere is laid back. You can do your work and have fun at the same time.

Cons

Some changes should be considered in management to make things run smoother in the Warehouse and/or Customer Service.

The HR department here is awesome and unlike any other I have experienced. This company really cares about their employees. I absolutely love the team atmosphere here. Everyone is extremely inviting and dedicated to our customers. Even the CEO and CFO make a point to learn each employee's name and interact with you. In the summer, the company pays for Kona Ice to come every Wednesday as a "pick me up" break for all employees. There are multiple breakrooms with Keurig machines and complimentary coffee, hot apple cider and hot chocolate for employees. CDS Logistics is just an overall wonderful company to work for.

Cons

This is a fast-paced environment and business which some may find overwhelming.
