Remote work policy is a good benefit that helps for work-life balance. The team is very flexible in allowing to work from different places. Individual people are very nice. I had great conversations with people in the company and they are good people.

The constant threat of restructuring has created a culture where management often appears to be "running scared." Instead of focusing on innovation or team development, some leaders seem more preoccupied with job preservation. This leads to a reactive management style rather than a proactive or supportive one.
