Pros
For me it was the location, the pay was okay, the benefits were good. Did have a lot of company sponsored lunches.
Cons
I was hurt within my first six months with the company, both times requiring surgery with time off totaling about 7 weeks. One from a car accident and another from exercising in which I tore up my knee. I was fired for missing to much time off (for rehab appointments for my knee) in the first year. I was put in a position of either attend my rehab appointments and walk normal and lose my job or miss them be forever handicapped and still have a job. What was I to do? Mind you when I started there we was told if you find and account and no one was working it it was your account and no one else can call on it. In my first 2 months there I found great amount of accounts that AM's were not working on the state level worth potentially 10's of millions of dollars (I will withhold the state but lets say its in the top 3 largest states) and my whole book of business was taken from my without being given any new accounts...I had to start all over from scratch while steady having to hit sales goal of my counterparts who have 3 months of research under their belts at the time... You be the judge!
