      Pros

      Good people, good work, good perks. I would recommend CEC to most anyone that is looking for a good job that pays well

      Cons

      Old mindset, growth can be hard. The potential to update work flow, newer technology is not taken well, (if aint broke dont fix it). Growth in your career can only happen if someone leaves or is fired.
