Indian office work culture is very bad. No work management. Bosse are very arrogant. Their is no any fun session for employees no training nthg only work work as like donkey.

My team members were great people.

Cons

Upper mgmt & HR are highly toxic. They do not care about their employees and do not receive feedback. HR is not trustworthy, and sends mixed messages if you get a response from them on an issue at all. Huge pay disparities from top to bottom, and only favorites have opportunity to advance. They continue to pay bonuses to upper management without taking care of their employees to even survive inflation.
