With growth, sometimes it’s necessary to adapt in a constantly evolving environment, where we take the learnings from initiatives we believed were appropriate at the time and either build upon them if they were successful, or course-correct if not. It’s necessary to ensure we take the right path to best meet the needs of our business, employees and customers. The leadership team recognizes the degree of such changes over the last few years and appreciates the fortitude of the CECO team to continue to deliver for customers and each other.
