      Great people, but poor leadership

      Pros

      Great place to wear many hats and gain knowledge. You will be push to your limits Management was great to work for and they cared about their employees, but they were handcuffed by c-suit executives.

      Cons

      Lack of c-suite leadership, company is constantly changing direction and reorganizing. In my several years with the company we went through at least 4 major shifts. High turnover and slow to replace employees

      stressful, long work hour, bad work life balance, very limited raise even though pay is good

      Pros

      CECO is a good place to work. Most would be happy to work there. Their mission is worthwhile as well.

      Cons

      Low staff to revenue so must where many hats. This means you will grow a lot but a lot is expected of you.
