Oh where to start....Corporate management (Dallas) is a joke. While they sit in their ivory tower, it’s the minions who truly do all the grunt work to try and dig this company out of near financial ruin. The only segment recognized is the Sales team. They receive monthly commissions on their sales and top performers receive an all expense paid trip to a nice exotic location. Staffing is at a bare minimum yet You’re still expected to produce phenomenal results with ungodly deadlines.

Good pay and benefits. If you dont care about the company you will fit right in

Cons

management cares about the monthly sales number more than the employees driving that number. Quality control doesnt exist,and no one cares to fix it. The Office drama and politics drains a persons soul. The accounting department is a joke, they have no clue what they are doing. To many employees that dont do anything. They are able to cheat you on your last check.

Company has a strong sense of direction and tremendous potential. Leadership is continuing to increase investments in training employees and building for the future.

Cons

The company grew through a series of acquisitions and the previous leadership was cost focused so it can be hard to cross silos.
