      Hard Work, Making a Difference, Great Place to Work!

      Pros

      The company is changing, better vision, kinder culture. High values, training is growing, the company is investing in people. Communication from leadership is strong, quarterly from top management, monthly from department leadership. The company is still pretty small so the ability to make a difference and contribute is great. The people are smart, fun, committed and hardworking. Not political or hierachial, collaborative and fun! Stock price is moving in the right direction.

      Cons

      Some people are too focused on the past instead of seeing all the good things going on around them.

      Pros

      I work with a great team. Interesting and challenging work.

      Cons

      Outdated software with no it support. No innovation on employee work satisfaction. More cheifs than Indians so overtime required.
