Pros
Interesting products, Pay, I would recommend if you have been unemployed for a long time and need work to live. The 401k is good.
Cons
The pay (base and commission) is on the lower end. The health plan is laughable. Don't use theirs you will find cheaper and better on the Healthcare.gov site. The real kicker here is the environment. From the head of HR to the presidents and down, they foster and encourage one of the most toxic environments I have ever encountered. You would be hard pressed to find worse working conditions in an office setting. This is not a learning environment. You will receive the most rudimentary of training. So do not accept any position here unless you already understand how to perform the job. Then after a very brief on-boarding the real fun begins. Unrealistic expectations, no support and a stifling work environment will leave even the most hardened professional at a loss. Filled with bulling, negativity and cruel petty behavior form management. I was so glad to leave, I ended up feeling like a survivor for getting out when I did and would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.
