Pros

Nice people, but they change very often. Most people are temps and they change often. Very easy going.

Cons

Lots of change in the last year, mostly because of poor choices from upper management. People are often coming and going due to people dislike working there.

-Good benefit package -Overall friendly employees -Decent and employee friendly accommodation (offices, parking, on campus gym etc.) -Low pressure work environment

Cons

-Senior management largely unqualified; furthermore, most are on first tour in their respective positions. -Internal training mostly nonexistent, with exception for regulatory protection (anti-corruption laws, anti-discrimination etc.) Internal procedures also weak or nonexistent; -Corporate culture dominated by protecting one's position or territory; information hoarding is widespread. There is little room for pro-activity or participation. -Employee education (including senior management) is average and mostly from third tier universities.
