      Absolute joke of a company

      Pros

      Generally the people working within the company are decent, you can get away with a lot as the management seem misguided, it's also easy to get a job there.

      Cons

      Misguided principles, using buzzwords and management phrases but missing the whole point of what they mean. Poor people management, poor salaries and an attitude that staff are not really an assett, hence easy to get a job there. Don't respond to staff complaints regadring their treatment by management.

      Pros

      some kind of freedom in your day-to-day activities, but it's mainly due to poor management... for the happy few, bonus and commissions are at a decent level...

      Cons

      -absolutely no customer support -no career path -weak management -unfair treatment of employees -high turn-over in upper management -poor internal IT dept

      Pros

      Big company, looked upon highly from the outside. Service touches all lines of supply chain business from logistics to international to domestics freight forwarding.

      Cons

      Ceva is more concerned with maintaining a low bottom line/ overhead cost than it is with maintaining or winning new accounts. Salaried employees get over-worked, don't receive compensation and eventually leave. The accounts being handled don't receive the support needed to function as a result and the service failures eventually cause the customer to look elsewhere. If you know someone high on the food chain, you're in good...if you don't then expect a stagnant employment.
