      Terrible place . Learn to be more professional and stop policing people .

      Cons

      Not recommended. Too much back stabbing and a cliques. They don’t train new people . And they look for any excuses to get you fired. I would not recommend this place to anyone .

      - Plenty of interesting work - Small company aspect allows an individual to work on projects that interest them - Able to pursue own research though small business grants

      - Management of projects could be better - There should be training for employees who are promoted into management roles
