full freedom to choose/write your own research. Excellent group of people. Be ready to write proposals especially if you have masters/phd.

Pros

The young CEO Sameer is a great guy. The company itself has a steady future. If you're young and maybe a recent college graduate, with some work, aptitude, and networking you can gain a lot. There are periodic bonuses based on performance/contract wins. Lots of company events. Depending on the contract, you may get to work on-site with your customer.

Cons

Projects are short. A great majority of the work is SBIR/STTR based, which may leave you thinking there is no impact (but that depends on the field and the customer). Salaries are lower than average.
