Terrible management. If the CEO likes you, you can't do anything wrong. If he doesn't, he will make your life miserable. He sneaks around looking for problems and if you're not at your desk he will make a note and tell your supervisor. He is mean and nasty and people hide when they see him coming. Management is bad, everyone is trying to save their own jobs. The good ones can't really do anything to help because the CEO is a tyrant. Pay is low, job security is low, moral is low...just stay away it's not worth it.
