Pros

Medical benefits are okay. My peers are very diverse and intelligent.

Cons

Upper management: CEO and The New COO are horrible. The COO of this company has a MBA from an online school that is equivalent to Grand Canyon University. The pay is bad. Very little PTO time and it will be a hassle trying to actually use the time. Favoritism is very rampant within management. Certain employees are able to get away with more.Overtime is constantly pushed onto employees. Inflated production goals that are unreasonable.

Close to 76 and public transportation.

Cons

The place is ran like a plantation, modern day slavery. The CEO hires his friends, unqualified outsiders, and young men in inappropriately tight pants. Management/executives are slow to work, quick to throw you under the bus, quick to take vacation, but ironically do not want their staff to take vacation.
