Pros

Ideal Work location, Good Benefits, Some Company incentives in place

Cons

CEO is a dictator, Management are 'Yes" people, with no direction or thought process of their own. culture is based on fear and isolation, upward mobility is only for chosen few, since being hired there has been at least 4 HR managers who just picked up and left, pay not that great.

Pros

I love that I am helping people achieve their dreams and that I am doing more than shuffle papers around, but I am actually changing lives. Most of the staff is positive and enthusiastic. They are revitalizing the organization and improving technology, work flow and communication with employees. Flexible schedules, including 4 day work weeks for some are great.

Cons

Some of the technology is outdated, making it difficult to work efficiently. They're updating now, so hopefully this will improve.

Pros

My direct supervisor is great. Everyone who works here is hired under the assumption that they want to help foreign educated health care professionals. They work hard and are dedicated to doing right by our applicants. It is, in that sense, an excellent work environment.

Cons

Unfortunately, in every other sense, it's a terrible place to work - spearheaded by the micromanaging maniac that is the CEO. I would bet money on him having stock in our competitors, that's how determined he seems to be to flush this organization down the toilet. Management forces employees to work in a constant state of unpreparedness to meet inflated production goals. Set up to fail from the start, the worst part is how much the higher ups love to find their fall guy.
