      International Exposure and Continued Professional Development

      Pros

      CGFNS exposes you to the international arena and the international nursing workforce. Previous to my employment at CGFNS, I had very little knowledge of the nursing workforce and the struggles foreign and internationally educated and home-grown nurses face on a daily basis. The company is growing exponentially and truly has an international presence, offering its employees upward mobility and continued professional development through its educational benefits.

      Cons

      There are a few "left-over" staff members that need to move on, as they tend to contaminate new hires and lower the overall morale of the company. There is no longer a need or want for their old fashioned ways and overall lazy, "cannot-do" attitudes.

      Pros

      Management makes an effort to bring people together and bring nicer things to the company. My coworkers are friendly, for the most part.

      Cons

      Despite management staff trying to organize events and whatnot, the employees here would prefer to come to work and then go home. No one really wants to be bothered with gatherings or holiday events. Not really much cohesion between people and guidelines in my department are rather blurry.

      Pros

      A lot of exposure to a lot of different things if working within NNAS. There's a lot of growth happening, and tons of thinking on your feet.

      Cons

      Very little guidance and training. I sat for two weeks without doing anything. CEO is extremely aggressive about rules and regulations--which takes away from what could be a really calm and relaxing work environment.
