My team was great to work with. Remote was still an option but it seems like they’re trying to lay off anyone who isn’t in the Philly area

Cons

Everything. Leadership, management, the CEO, the way they pit departments against each other. Layoffs every year while they still hire for other roles. Not giving raises but sending leadership to a new country every month to give talks.
