Clear expectations. Fine for a 40 hour clock in and clock out type of work. Bonuses normally at least once per year.

Cons

Metrics are the bottom line and people are more like a number. 3% salary increase is the only thing you can ever hope to get even If you do well.

Most managers were easy to work for, decent insurance, good vacation time, a great cafe in the building

Cons

Too much micro-managing, raises hard to come by, not much understanding about handicapped persons.
