Pros
Very helpful administration. Friendly and understanding team leaders. All in all, the experience with the staff and my co-workers was great. Everyone is open to helping each other out. which is good.
Cons
The project on which I was placed was not efficient in my opinion. The systems and procedures are not thought out to their fullest potential. Many system tools did not function properly. In a customer service environment, agents must be able to deal with customer as efficiently as possible and I found it hard to accomplish this.
