Pros

The people I worked with were pretty nice and so was my supervisor. The company is focused on growth and a recent renovation improved the office environment. On site cafeteria was a nice plus. I was able to enjoy flexible hours so that was a plus.

Cons

High stress in meeting deadlines. Some policies I thought too overbearing (probably as a result of the abuse by a few) and sometimes you felt as an employee that you were being nickeled and dimed on things.

I worked at CGS for over 5 years. Overall, it was a good experience, and I learned a lot.

Front line employees who perform well are rewarded and given opportunities to advance. Company offers flexible start times with some opportunities to work from home.

Cons

Supervisors and managers are overworked and stretched thin. Insurance benefits and salaries are not as good as other companies I've worked for.

Clean and neat workplace. Great co-workers and cafeteria is awesome

Cons

Tons of change and they expect you to know a lot by the time you get out of training. You have help but it is limited.
