Pros

This company cares for their employees and the PTO is off the chain and unheard of.

Cons

There isn't much to think of here. I've had many jobs and if there was something bad I had to say I definitely would.

Challenging but satisfying work

Pros

Will really deepen your project management skillset. The company just got CMMI certification and you will really be challenged (in a good way) in both waterfall and Agile processes. The learning curve is steep learning Medicare processes and procedures but there are good people there who will work with you to get you up to speed

Cons

The HQ is near the airport and traffic can be interesting to navigate at times

Pros

The people are great, including management, training is typically thorough (and in the case that it is not, there is ALWAYS somebody who is ready to help), the environment is one of professionalism, openness, and politeness, and communication is stellar (at least in my department).

Cons

The pay is underwhelming, especially compared to typical pay for my position.
