Pros

The flexible overtime was always pleasurable, coworkers are good people, saving money on social life is a bonus, new rules daily.

Cons

Worst management ever. I've never experienced a place with such shady practices in 15+ years. Policies change for the worst without warning (absolutely a bait and switch). Middle & Upper management does not know what they doing. Very little if any raises. Advancement is a joke.

Pros

You have a chance to network as a lot of people are leaving and the onsite cafeteria is wonderful.

Cons

Low pay, no bonuses, high insurance, literally pennies for annual raises, micromanagement AKA Fairy P.,no refresher training classes, low morale, culture is bad, and incompent people are getting chances for advancement because of who they are hence people who are cool but have tattoes everywhere.
