      CHA has a lot of potential

      Pros

      CHA has a lot of potential in project growth and relational growth with its clients. It’s nice to work in an environment that is looking to grow both in doing bigger and more interesting projects but also in investing new technology and approaches to work.

      Cons

      Both upper and mid level management struggle at times to really make the working bee level employee feel valued.

      I couldn't agree with you more! Employees are at the center of our success. Engaged staff = elated clients, everyday all day. Our leaders, are working leaders and admittedly sometimes lose that sharp focus needed to ensure everyone feels engaged.
