      Thank you for sharing your experience at CHA. We couldn’t agree more, we do have a wonderful company culture, based on acceptance of support. We do have great benefits and they get better every year!! And our work structure is great, we agree! We are structured for growth, allowing for more opportunities for everyone. I’m disappointed you feel we have a lot of turn over. CHA is experiencing our lowest turnover since pre-pandemic days. More people are choosing CHA and choosing to stay at CHA!! We pride ourselves on creating a positive and respectful environment for all our employees and we can see the impact it is having; our turnover is at a record low!!

We are fortunate to have leaders that understand the importance of flexibility for everyone. We have a culture of trust and appreciation that leads to flexibility and engaged employees! With most employees not co-located with their managers, and teams spread across our 30 plus offices, the challenge is real.
